Returns & Exchanging Purchases
All KBeautie customers are eligible for full refunds on both opened and unopened products within 14 days of the PURCHASE date.
For a full refund, please make sure the following are applicable:
♥ The product was purchased within the last 14 days
♥ The product is in its original packaging
♥ It is NOT a final sale item
♥ It is NOT a single-use opened item (i.e. sheet masks, single vials, etc.)
